Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of InventoryTrace, a MintedTools application for Wix Stores. By installing or using InventoryTrace, you agree to these terms and the general MintedTools Terms of Use.
Purpose
InventoryTrace is designed to provide a convenient history of supported inventory changes. It is an operational aid and is not a substitute for accounting records, financial controls, tax records, or independent inventory backups.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data, your use of exported records, your account security, and compliance with the terms that apply to your Wix account and store.
Platform dependency
InventoryTrace depends on Wix platform services, APIs, events, and data availability. Platform delays, outages, changes, or missing events may affect the completeness or timeliness of inventory-history records.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue InventoryTrace features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
InventoryTrace is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MintedTools does not guarantee that every inventory change will be captured, that historical records will always be complete, or that exported information is suitable for every business purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MintedTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use InventoryTrace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using InventoryTrace by uninstalling the app. Access may also be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment where applicable, or material violation of these terms.
