Overview
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to InventoryTrace, a MintedTools application for Wix Stores. It supplements the general MintedTools Privacy Policy.
Information InventoryTrace processes
InventoryTrace processes store inventory information needed to create inventory-history records. This may include product names, SKUs, inventory item identifiers, product identifiers, variant identifiers, location identifiers, previous and new inventory quantities, inventory adjustment reasons, event identifiers, and timestamps.
How the information is used
- Detect and record supported inventory quantity changes.
- Show previous quantity, new quantity, and the resulting movement.
- Display product names and SKUs when available.
- Allow search and filtering of inventory-history records.
- Allow users to export displayed inventory history to CSV.
- Diagnose errors, maintain security, and support the app.
Storage
InventoryTrace stores inventory-history records in app-managed data collections associated with the user's site. These records are used to provide the app's history view and related features.
What InventoryTrace does not do
InventoryTrace does not use inventory information to build advertising profiles, sell customer data, or create marketing databases. InventoryTrace is not designed to collect payment-card information or customer message content.
Third-party platform
InventoryTrace operates within Wix and Wix Stores. Wix independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. Availability of platform events, APIs, and data fields may affect how InventoryTrace operates.
Data retention and deletion
Inventory-history records may remain available while the app is installed and the associated data is retained by the platform. If you need assistance with a privacy or deletion request relating to InventoryTrace, contact MintedTools at the email below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by InventoryTrace. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
