MintedTools Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to MintedTools websites, applications, and digital products unless product-specific terms apply. By accessing or using a MintedTools product, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented for that product.

Use of our products

You may use MintedTools products for lawful purposes and in accordance with the documentation, marketplace rules, platform requirements, and plan limitations that apply to the product.

You may not misuse a product, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage restrictions, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the product to violate law or third-party rights.

Your accounts and third-party platforms

Some products require an account with a third-party platform. You are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts and complying with the third party's terms. MintedTools is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, or other actions controlled by third-party platforms.

Product data and backups

Where a product displays, records, summarizes, or exports information from another system, you remain responsible for the underlying records and for maintaining any backups required for your business. Product output should be reviewed before it is used for material business decisions.

Fees and subscriptions

If a product has paid features, pricing and billing terms will be disclosed through the relevant marketplace, checkout, or product page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

MintedTools and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, documentation, designs, and other materials we provide, except for third-party materials and user-owned data. These terms grant you a limited right to use the applicable product; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue product features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every product or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Disclaimer

MintedTools products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that third-party platform data will always be complete, current, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MintedTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material violation of applicable terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
