CRM Safety Net Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of CRM Safety Net, provided by MintedTools. By installing, accessing, or using CRM Safety Net, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.

The service

CRM Safety Net is a HubSpot application that reviews open deal data for configured pipeline-health conditions such as missing owners, missing or overdue next activities, past close dates, and inactivity. Results are provided as operational prompts for human review and do not replace your organization's sales, compliance, accounting, or business judgment.

HubSpot authorization and account responsibilities

You are responsible for having authority to connect the applicable HubSpot account and for maintaining appropriate HubSpot access controls. You are also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the CRM data that CRM Safety Net evaluates.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan provides on-demand scanning and the functionality described in the current CRM Safety Net listing. CRM Safety Net Pro is currently listed at $19 per month plus applicable tax and adds automatic monitoring, a configurable gone-quiet threshold, and daily email digests. Current plan details are shown in the app and on the pricing page.

We may change features or pricing prospectively. Material pricing changes for an existing paid subscription will be handled through the billing process and applicable notice requirements.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By upgrading, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the selected plan, plus applicable tax, until cancellation takes effect. You can manage billing through the secure billing portal available from CRM Safety Net Settings.

When cancellation is scheduled through the billing portal, Pro access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period and then reverts to the Free plan. This does not prevent earlier termination where required by law, payment failure, abuse, security concerns, or a material breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use CRM Safety Net to violate law, infringe the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, probe or circumvent security controls, or use the service in a manner that could harm HubSpot, MintedTools, our providers, or other users.

Third-party services

CRM Safety Net depends on third-party services, including HubSpot, Cloudflare, Stripe, and email delivery infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. Availability or functionality can be affected by third-party outages, API changes, account permissions, data quality, or platform restrictions outside MintedTools' control.

No guaranteed outcomes

CRM Safety Net is designed to identify configured indicators in the data HubSpot makes available. We do not guarantee that every pipeline problem will be detected, that every flag requires action, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that use of CRM Safety Net will produce any particular sales, revenue, conversion, or operational result.

Intellectual property

CRM Safety Net, its software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by MintedTools or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CRM Safety Net for your internal business purposes while your access remains authorized.

Feedback

If you provide ideas or feedback about CRM Safety Net, you allow MintedTools to use that feedback to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the CRM Safety Net Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRM Safety Net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintedTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination and uninstall

You may stop using CRM Safety Net and uninstall it from HubSpot at any time. MintedTools may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CRM Safety Net changes. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice.
