The default intake

Forward the quote emails. That’s the point.

You should not need to clean a CSV just to test whether better follow-up helps. Forward the recent quote threads you already have and let us do the first pass.

Do not send customer quote records through the public inquiry form. Start with the inquiry. Once we confirm fit, we will give you the forwarding instructions for the sprint.

A raw export can be used as a fallback when that is easier. CRM credentials are not required for the standard sprint.

Sprint Workflow

What happens after you say yes.

1

We confirm fit

You send your business site and basic context first. No customer data in the public form.

2

You forward the quote threads

Up to 50 recent quotes. No special formatting or spreadsheet cleanup.

3

We review the batch

We remove obvious duplicates, explicit declines/cancellations, unusable records, and quotes that are too old for the agreed window. We confirm the usable count and expected launch timing.

4

We run the sequence

Up to three concise touches over roughly two weeks. The message references real quote context when available instead of sounding like generic cold outreach.

5

You take the live opportunities

We track replies and hand interested conversations back so your business can handle questions, pricing, and booking.

6

We close the loop

You get a report covering received, usable, contacted, delivered, replied, reopened, and any confirmed bookings we know about. Non-responders are listed too.

Usable Quote Rule

We decide this before we are halfway through the sprint.

Our default starting point is recent, unclosed quotes with identifiable contact information and enough context to understand what was requested. We exclude explicit declines or cancellations, duplicates, records without enough usable information, and quotes that fall outside the agreed recency window.

Roughly 60 days is the default starting point for many service businesses. Longer sales cycles can justify an older window.

Non-Response

Three touches means three touches.

If someone does not respond during the sprint, we report that and stop after the agreed sequence. We do not treat silence as permission to keep emailing indefinitely.

Start with a bounded test.

$99 introductory rate. Up to 50 recent quotes. No subscription required.
